1: Delivering for Wales

We’re a Welsh company. Most of us were born here, educated here and work here. We understand the challenges and opportunities for Wales.

We will ensure that a meaningful proportion of each of our projects are community owned, as well as establishing  community benefit funds that  target the most deprived areas for long-term, sustainable investment.

We are passionate about the prosperity of Wales and committed to maximising the local content of our activities. That’s why we will work closely with the Welsh supply chain to maximise the local opportunities arising from our projects.

Our projects will demonstrate best practice in incorporating social value into our procurement process, embedding positive outcomes at every step of the project development.

We understand the challenges and opportunities for Wales and have come together to support a prosperous and zero-carbon Wales.

2: Sustainable development for future generations

Welsh Government, the Senedd and local authorities have declared climate and nature emergencies, both of which need to be addressed simultaneously and with urgency. The development of large scale renewables is a crucial component in tackling climate change; but the way projects are developed, and who benefits from them, is also of great importance.

We have aligned our strategy with the Future Generations Act Goals and Ways of Working to ensure our projects create prosperity whilst delivering sustainability.

We will deliver projects that use the best scientific evidence to mitigate impact where it is unavoidable, and improve and enhance habitats wherever possible. We want our projects to help deliver a nature-positive and net-zero future.

Our team has unrivalled expertise across a wide range of disciplines. Rooted in Wales, our skills have been developed globally. We have been at the forefront of offshore energy development in Welsh waters for the last decade.

Our experience enables us to  use innovative approaches and progressive decision-making to reduce timescales, reduce costs and effectively manage risk.

As a small dynamic team we are able to work with agility whilst always maintaining the highest levels of professionalism and integrity.
